More Information on Juvenile Detention Sexual Abuse Cases
On April 11, 2023 a groundbreaking shift in the laws of Maryland abolished the statute of limitations for child sexual abuse cases, granting victims and survivors of childhood sexual abuse the legal right to pursue civil lawsuits and seek compensation for the pain they endured as children regardless of when these terrible acts occurred to them. Before this law, individuals that were older than 38 were not allowed to file these type of lawsuits, however this new law allows us to file a lawsuit on your behalf regardless of when the abuse occurred.​
